SMA Property Sales has been established to offer local, interstate and overseas clients the opportunity to work closely with an established small local boutique agency on the Gold Coast who specialise in the Gold Coast and South East Queensland apartment and property market.
Director and principal agent Simon Miller was born and bred in the small country town of Bingara on the NSW North West Slopes and Plains. Born into a real estate family, his parents had their own real estate and stock and station agency in the small country town. Simon is passionate about property and he always offers clients the genuine country values he inherited, and he always demonstrate a high level of professionalism, warmth and integrity to all the buyers and sellers he works with on a daily basis.
Simon established his own company, Simon Miller and Associates in 2008, to mainly focus on the sales and marketing of selected brand-new quality residential projects on the Gold Coast and South East Queensland working closely alongside local developers.
A Gold Coast local for over 30 years, Simon, under the banner of SMA Property Sales has been actively involved in sales and marketing of many Gold Coast residential developments, including the sales and marketing of Sphere Residences ( Sphere Southport Living ), a master-planned community and residential project development of 400 quality apartments set on 7.5 hectares in the heart of the Griffith Health and Knowledge Precinct on Musgrave Avenue in Southport.
Following on from Sphere Residences, SMA Property Sales then took on the sales and marketing of another larger residential project Atmosphere in Ashmore along with a number of small to medium “Off the Plan “and completed apartments projects.
